Measure your agency’s performance as seen from the eyes of your patients. Take this opportunity to start collecting patient satisfaction information.
The Missouri Alliance for Home Care has developed a Patient Satisfaction Survey for use by home health agencies. The goal is to provide participating agencies with benchmarking data to allow for improvement in procedures and staff management.
The survey includes 8 standard questions and space for two additional custom questions. Project participants are provided with the survey tool, an electronic data submission spreadsheet template and instruction on how to use these tools. Data is submitted to MAHC on a quarterly basis.
Participating agencies will then not only be able to utilize their own spreadsheet data over time, but will also be provided with aggregate quarterly reports to compare their own company’s patient satisfaction statistics against the project group.
