Programs Definitions

Examples of "Programs Provided" options you may want to use in your search:

Adult Day Care Centers provide services at the Center to meet the individual needs of participants and their families including nursing and therapy, social and recreational activities, meals, transportation and support groups.

Division of Senior Services Programs include a range of services provided in the home of the consumer that includes personal care, respite, homemaker and companion care.

Home Health is skilled care provided in the home of the patient including services provided by nurses, therapists and home health aides.

Home Medical Equipment providers supply equipment used in the home by a consumer such as wheelchairs, beds, toileting apparatus, etc.

Hospice programs make it possible for terminally ill patients to spend the final stages of their lives at home or in home-like settings with an emphasis on palliative and supportive care.

Private Duty (Medicaid or Private Pay) services are provided in the home and include nursing, personal care and other services to meet the consumer's needs.
